Rex William Parrott

I am looking for information regarding Rex William Parrott. My great aunt was able to find him in the 1920 Census records. He was 43 at the time and married to his wife Winnifred. It also listed their children Elwood, Gloria, Glen, and Gwendolyn. From this, I would assume that he was born around 1877. It said that he was born in Iowa. Can anyone help me find him in a census with his parents? We don't know their names.
