Yes, all Oblingers are related, just how far back is the question. Originally, the name was
spelled Oberlinger. It was changer apparently when Claus Oblinger came to U.S. from Germany.
Then, during or just after Rev. War some of the family changed the spelling to Oplinger and Uplinger. Possibly, the Obringer and some of the
Ohlinger/Olingers are related too??
