I would like to know if you have records for my father who was adopted out of the Iowa Childrens Home Society in Sept 1 1939 by John E. Briggs and Theodora Briggs from Gilmore City, IA at that time. My father's name before adopted was Almo Leon Dow, would you have the biological parents name or names available. My father passed in 1975 and would have been 81 this year. I would think that his biological parents too would have passed. I would like this info for DNA research, which has ended with my father's death.
