Henegan / Keokuk

HENEGAN, SHAW AND BARRY

I am looking for info on my GrGr Grandfather William Henegan Also known as Charles. He worked on constructing the Grand Rapids in Keokuk Iowa, along with his son John Henegan. He died in Keokuk in 1870.He was born in Co. Sligo Ireland in 1803,and lived in Glasgow Scotland prior to coming to the USA. He also worked on the railroads. He was married to Jean(Jane)Shaw from Scotland.
