Whereabouts of Michael Jordan

I am looking for a long-lost cousin, Michael Jordan. He was born on June 15, 1956, in Glen Ridge, NJ. His aunt 's last known address for him was 331 N Gilbert Drive, an Emergency House Project in Iowa City. She did put a missing persons out on him in 2001, through the Salvation Army. Via ancestry.com, I was able to find an address of 113 E. 2nd. streest, in Des Moines, which is a rehab center. I have found one burial site in Ellendale Cath. Cemetery, but there was no information on dates. If anyone knows anything about this man, please contact me. Any help will be appreciated
