Looking for Thompson/Stefan

Looking for marriage record of Eldridge H. THOMPSON (aka Howard, Ed) and Lena STEFAN (Stephan) between 1884 and early 1889 which I believe took place in Warren County or surrounding area prior to their move to Omaha Nebraska. Last sighting of Eldridge in Iowa was on 1880 census in Indianola with father George W. Have never found Lena and have not found Eldridge on 1885 census in Nebraska or Iowa. Any information would be appreciated. Susan Leighton
