marriage information

My great grandmother married a man with the last name of Diehr. Her maiden name is unknown and her estranged husbands first name is unknown. No one ever met the man including my grandfather, her son. Any help on how I can find more information for our family tree would be helpful. All I know is her married name and Social Security Number.
