They appear to have married in Adams County and not Taylor County.

Adams County, Iowa Marriage Records:

Clyde H. Franklin, age 23, born in Warren County, Illinois married Jessie Opal Ginn, age 19, born in Taylor County, Iowa on 22 March 1906 in Adams County, Iowa;
Groom's Parents: Albert E. Franklin and Elizabeth Crosby
Bride's Parents: Chas A. Ginn and Cora Barngrover
