I am looking for the birth of Pauline Burns, born 1900? to father?, mother was Rose Burns, born 1877 in johnson co. IA. Rose's father was John Burns. Pauline may have been illegitimate, perhaps had a different last name. Rose Burns married Frederick Harmon Thompson in Des Moines, IA on 14 Jan 1905. Their copy of their marriage certificate had the 5 scratched out and written as a 0 to make it look as if Pauline was their birth child.
