I recommend contact with the Norwegian-American Genealogy Center and Naseth library in Madison, Wisconsin,USA. The cost is somewhat high but they have an excellent reputation. Otherwise, you may have to hire a professional researcher to plumb local and state records. Contact me if you have questions. Some work can be done by volunteers like myself, but it may not be sufficient for your needs.
