Hi,
after a bit of research I think the marriage was probably in Story County at the home or church of her parents Lysander and Caroline Sweat. There is no filmed county record but there is a compilation of marriages of story county that is available on Microfiche from the family history Library for a small fee.

Her given name varies from Mary R. to Rosathea to Rosalita to Rosa Althea. It must be confusion and poor hearing on the part of various census takers.

Be sure to see Rootsweb World Family Tree. There is excellent data and facts about the Trustum Sweat-Sweet family including a detail that says Rosa was born in Murphy's Mining Camp. That happenes to be about 80 miles from where I live.
