By accident i found clarinda in a census with her mother rebecca, she married In Iowa in 1866 oct 18 , she was 20 yrs old. She married Thomas T. Anderson he was a county clerk. They had Edgar l Anderson born 1874, then Eva 1877.
Clarinda died in Iowa at the age of 44 jan 19 1890.
I dont know what she died of and i still would love to have pictures of her to compare to the pictures i have from William Arthur Liston and Sophia emma Liston. I have about 100 or more pictures from 1850 till 1930 .. Of Liston family and friends. I have indentified many through meeting ancester through ancestry.com. But with the listons it has been hard because everyone only had one or two children . I would also like to find pictures of Jesse Liston,s Grocer In warren Iowa, and pictures of William Arthur Listons Book store that sold books to the kids for Simpsons College. Does anyone have pictures of Edgar Anderson, or Eva Anderson, or Thomas T anderson, i am pretty sure i have them but would like to compare for postive identity. I know Edgar moved to long beach for a time and then died in San Fransico where his daughter was up untill she was 22 her name was Marian Anderson.
Eva had only one son William she married a man named Hatfield that was his last name, so her son was william hatfield. william was born 1909 i last saw his cencus when he was around 20 he married a gwendlyn. In 1930 after that i cant find them nor do i know if they had children.
Anyway , if anyone could help with that or just any old pictures from that town, in indanola iowa warren, washington, also old newspapers from that time . Thank you for your time . venice liston. By the way i am married to James d liston his great grandfather is William Arthur Liston , and his greatgrandmother Sophia emma stjohn Liston.
