Found Elizabeth I think on 1885 Iowa State census,in Victoria Township, Cass County, Iowa
Everhart, William, 40, PA
Elizabeth, 69, PA
Elizabeth, 42, PA
Franklin, 29, PA
Albert, 19, Scott County, IA

1870 census Butler township, Scott County, IA
Erhart, John, 57, farmer, PA
Elizabeth, 53, PA
Levi, 21, PA
Samuel, 21, PA
John, 16, PA
Franklin, 14, PA
Allen, Elizabeth, 27, PA
Evans, Albert, 4, IA

This last household matches an Everhart household in Woodbury, Blair County, PA in 1860,

So a few locations to check would be Scott and Cass counties in Iowa, and Blair County, PA.
