Finding fathers birthplace

I have found my father Howard Lee Shartzer birth record but it just tell his birth place as, Iowa .Oct. 1923,his folks were George and Emma Shartzer, they came to Louisville,Ky in the late 1926. He had two sisters Mildred, and Wanda they both were born in Iowa, Mildred 1922, Wanda in 1926.

So if anyone can help, I would really appreciate it. Kenny Shartzer
