Tombstone Photos

I'm a little confused. I've found the wonderful site of Iowa tombstone photos, and would very much like to use some of them in my memorials on Find A Grave.

The site says they can be used for non-commercial purposes but that I need the photographer's permission. But I can't find any way to contact them.

Is it all right to use pictures on Find A Grave, or not?
