Westley Reed Tait was born to CarolAnn (Braby) and Randal Joseph Tait on July 14, 1980, at Leon, Iowa. Westley entered eternal rest on July 6, 2006, at Fontanelle, Iowa, at the age of twenty-five years, eleven months, and twenty-three days.

Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 PM July 11, 2006 at Pearson Family Funeral Service, 809 W. Montgomery, Creston, Iowa. No Visitation is planned. Family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 PM prior to the service. Burial will be at the Garden Grove Cemetery in Garden Grove, Iowa. Memorials may be directed to the family in Westley's name.

Westley grew up in the Osceola area. He lived in Creston since 1995. On May 18, 1999, Westley married Jodi Lea Williamson in Creston. He moved to Fontanelle one and one-half years ago. Westley worked for McDonalds in Creston for four years; he also worked in the HyVee Bakery for one and one-half years. Westley has worked at Cardinal Glass in Greenfield for the last two and one-half years.

Preceding Westley in death were his Grandfather: Burrell Loren Braby and his great-grandparents.

Left to mourn Westley's passing are his wife: Jodi Tait and his son Starr Timothy Tait of Creston; his parents: CarolAnn Thatcher, Creston; Randal Tait, Osceola; his son: Bryce Joseph Tait (and Bryce's mother, Josselyn Pedrick), Fontanelle; his brother: Kris Tait, Creston; his grandparents: Hubert and Geraldine Tait, Humeston; Hazel Marie Braby, Leon; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.

Pearson Family Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements.
