Mrs. Mary Eva Ritter 65, daughter of Alexander J. and Mary E. Gentry Blair, of Afton passed away Friday, September 18, 1964. She had been ill for a period of 10 days.

On January 15, 1957, Eva was married to Clarence Franklin Ritter, son of Alexander and Mahala Ritter.

She is survived by 5 children, Stanley of Afton, Charles of Granger, Frances Balius of West Des Moines, Maurine Tracy of Webster City, and Dale of Florida;
18 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; two sisters, Lillie Olmstead of Afton and Lula Wick of San Antonio; and a brother, Clyde Blair of Creston. She was preceded in death by her husband, a son Franklin Clarence, Jr., one grandson, three brothers, and three sisters.
