Brammer, Ethel =
Ethel Brammer, 86, passed away at the Rosary hospital, in Corning June 9th. She was born Dec. 15, 1889 and was the mother of twelve children. Her husband, four sons and three daughters preceded her in death.
She was a member of The Latter Day Saints. Her life was a Christian life, loving and helping all that she could. She enjoyed her rock garden and flowers. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Mrs. Brammer had spent the past four years at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne McFee. A quote by her son, Dick Brammer: "If we were just
half as good as she wanted us to be we wouldn't have a worry or care in this world."
Survivors include Mrs. Wayne McFee of Lenox, Mrs. Ray Renk of Winterset, Iowa; Joe Brammer of Sharpsburg, Dick Brammer of Lenox and Don McPherson of LaMors, Colo.
Also 1 sister of Kansas, 34 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, many nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law
and sisters-in-law as well as a host of friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday, June 12th at 2:00 p.m. from the Larkin-Bender Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Watson, pastor of the Presbyterian Church officiating.
Music was furnished by Roberta Lockhart.
Casket bearers were David Bell, Harley Morley, Kenneth McFee, John Borland, Ernest Campbell and Danny Fetchall.
Interment was in Graceland cemetery at Creston, la.
