Foye, Edith M -
Mrs. Edith M, Foye, 87, died Wednesday evening at the Lenox nursing home where she had been a patient since March of 1970. She had broken her hip
and was taken to the nursing home after being in the hospital for some time.
Mrs. Foye lived in Creston during the active part of her life. She was a seamstress and had worked in Menzers' alteration department. She spent
some time in Kansas. Before breaking her hip she made her home with her stepdaughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Strunce. She is survived
by her stepdaughter.
Funeral services were conducted from the Bender Funeral Home in Lenox Saturday afternoon, Jan 9th at 2 p.m. with Rev Wallace Nelson officiating.
Burial was in Graceland Cemetery in Creston.
