Claiser, Cindy Sue -
Cindy Sue Claiser, 5 year old daughter of Mr and Mrs Clinton Claiser of Kent, died at the Creston hospital Saturday afternoon. She was injured Friday afternoon, in an auto accident on Highway 2.
Highway patrolman Ronald Piel said Cindy was on the west side of the road and her brother was on the east side as a car driven by Bud Stream approached. She suddenly started across to where here brother was. The Stream car was driven into a ditch but he could not miss the child.
Cindy Sue was born Jan 22, 1957. She is survived by her parents, two brothers, Roger and Gary, two sisters, Bonnie and Connie and her grandmother, Mrs Pharrie Claiser.
Services were at the Prairie Star church Tuesday. The families concerned have the sympathy of the entire community.
