Mrs. Fred (Grace Mae) McGinnis, 66, of Creston, died at the Greater Community hospital here at 2 p.m. Tuesday. She had been ill for several years. She was a native of Afton and had lived there until moving to Creston in 1932. Her home was at 304 1/2 North Birch Street. Her funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Keating-Lindsay funeral home. Rev. Lester Pearson, pastor of the First Christian Church, will officiate. Burial will be at Graceland cemetery. A memorial fund for the Heart Association has been established.

Grace Mae Donner was born at Afton, May 27, 1912. She was the daughter of Melvin and Rosa Wycoff Donner. She was married at Grant City, Mo., Sept 27, 1932, to Fred McGinnis, who survives her. Also surviving are a son, Dale E. McGinnis of Creston; three daughters Mrs. Raymond (Shirley) Fleharty, Mrs. John (Rosa) Weisshaar and Mrs. Allen (Helen) McKinney, all of Creston; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a brother, Keith Donner of Portland, Ore. She was preceded in death by two sons, a daughter and a grandchild. She was a member of the First Christian Church
