Slater, Lyle –
Lyle Slater, 44, died Sunday at his home in Lake Geneva, Wisc. Funeral services were to be Tuesday in Wisconsin. The body is to be brought to Creston for burial at Graceland Cemetery. Services will be there at 11 am Thursday Dec. 18.

Survivors include his widow, Esther, two children, Andy and Anita, a brother Harold Beck and three sisters, Mrs. Mathews of Seattle, Wash., Mrs Mildred Haag of Creston, and Mrs Velma Putnam of Prescott.

The Slaters formerly lived in Lenox.
