Nisely, Frank Thomas -
Frank Thomas, son of Thomas and Emma Nisely was born near Kent, Iowa, May l6th, 1880, and departed this life at, a nursing home in Villisca, April 20, 1952 at the age of 71 years, 11 months and 4 days. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister,Cora Peterson. Nov. 4, 1902, he was united in marriage to Addie Sarah Hewitt and to this union one son, Everett, was born.

Frank was engaged in farming until ill health forced him to retire and move to Shannon City, where they resided until the fall of 1943 when they moved to the home of their son in Villisca.

Surviving are his invalid wife, son Everett and daughter-in-law Edna; two grandsons, Merrill of the armed forces and Tommy at home; two granddaughters, Mrs. Bill Dunn of Villisca and Mrs.Keith Moore of Emerson; one great-granddaughter and one great-grandson; one sister Myrtle of Seattle, Wash., besides a host of other relatives and friends. He was a kind and loving husband and father and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral services were held at Villisca with interment in the Morgan Cemetery.
