Cromwell today

Mrs. A. J. Hayner died at the home of her daughter in Kansas City, Friday morning, May 3, at the age of 92 years and 6 months. She formally resided in Creston on North Street. Her husband preceded her in death twelve years ago this month. She leaves two children, one daughter, Mrs. Mary C. Lanphere, of Kansas City, and one son, H. C. Hayner, who resides north of Creston. She also leaves six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. The remains were brought to Creston yesterday and funeral services will be held at the home of her nephew, L. Hitchcock, near Cromwell at 2 o'clock this afternoon. Interment will be made beside her husband in Cromwell cemetery.
