Flora Mae Arnold, oldest daughter of Jonathan Conger Donner and Virginia Donner was born November 7, 1879 at Afton, Iowa, and departed this life August 11, 1963 at the age of 83 years 9 months and 4 days.

She was united in marriage to Frank L. Arnold on March 1st 1898, also of Afton. To this union were born three children, Mrs. Gladys Polly, of Burlington, Iowa, Daryl L. Arnold if Milo, Iowa, and Frank Arnold Jr. of DeWitt, Iowa.

She spent all her life in Iowa with the exception of two years in Minnesota.

In August, 1959, she became seriously ill and spent the remainder of her life in a rest home at Burlington, Iowa.

She is survived by her daughter and two sons, one sister, Mrs. Belle Clough of Atchison, Kansas, 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her husband on January 21, 1941.

She was a loving Mother and respected by all who knew her.

Mrs. Flora M. Arnold Dies in Milo. Graveside services were held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Greenlawn cemetery here for Mrs. Flora M. Arnold, formerly of Afton. Services were held earlier in the day at Milo, Iowa.

Mrs. Arnold passed away August 11th, at the age of 83 years, at the home of her son, Daryl, in Milo, Iowa.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Gladys Polly, of Burlington, Iowa, Daryl L. Arnold if Milo, Iowa, and Frank Arnold Jr. of DeWitt, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank L. Arnold January 21, 1941.
