Lydia Ann Armstrong, nee Abel, fell asleep with a hope of a blessed immortality at the old Homestead, Union co., Iowa, Feb. 23, 1890; aged 29 years 10 months 11 days. Mrs. Armstrong was a daughter of Chas. and Martha Abel. She was married to John Armstrong , Feb. 20, 1899. She was converted in her youth under the labors of Sam'l Kiplinger and united with the Evangelical Association with which she continued until the end. Funeral from the residence by J. W. McCurdy
