Mrs. Ida May Berry of 1608 Florida Street, Long Beach, California, died Sunday morning, July 25, ateight thirty at her home. She was born in Toulon, Ill., and came to Arispe, Iowa, with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.B. Wilson, as a small child. Her father was one of the early settlers of Arispe. The first church was built on a part of the Wilson farm. She was married to James D. Berry December 14, 1879. In 1922 they moved from their farm to Long Beach, California. She was a member of the Methodist church.

Surviving her are the widower, James D. Berry, Long Beach; two sons, Walter A., of Winterset, Iowa, and Harry E., of Ontario, Calif.; a brother, George Wilson, Lorimor, Iowa; a sister, Mrs. Cynthia Wilson, Afton, Iowa; thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Her other son, Clarence A., of Long Beach, Calif., died in 1932.

Services were held at the chapel of J.J. Mottell, Inc., Tuesday, July 27, at ten a.m. with Rev. William T. Luckett of the First Church of the Brethern officiating. Entombment was at the Angeles Abbey Mausoleum, Long Beach, Calif.
