Readine May Kinkennon, 73, of Oseola died Sept 4, 2005, at Clarke County Hospital in Osceola.

Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept 8, in Oakland Cemetery at Shannon City. Open Visition will be 9 a.m. to noon Thursday at Kale Funeral Home, 301 S. Main St., Osceola.

Mrs. Kinkennon, daughter of Bernice May (Duffy) and Ray Bullock, was born May 15,1932, in Mount Ayr. She graduated from Crestion High School in 1950. On Oct. 27, 1956, she married Leland Lamont Kinkennon in Creston. She worked as a nurse before her marriage and was a homemaker.

Survivors includ a daughter, Donna Britt of Osceola; two sons, Monty Kinkennon of Oseola and Kent Kinkeenon of Perry; sister Judy Norris of Lubbock, Texas; eight - grandchildren and two reat - grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband in 1993, infant brother Terry; infant sister Marilyn and infant son Rodney.
