J.C. CORNELISON, 65, DIES AT HOME HERE

Joseph Clyde Cornelison, 65, died suddenly at 7 a.m. today at his home, 303 North Pine Street. He had been a lifelong resident of Union and Ringgold Counties.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Oct. 28, at 2 p.m. at the Creston Christian Church.

Joseph C. Cornelison was born in Ringgold county, August 18, 1883. He was the son of Joseph C. and Mary West Cornelison. He was married in Ringgold county, March 20, 1907, to Cora Benson, who survives.

After their marriage they lived on a farm seven miles south of Creston until April, 1938, when they moved to Creston. They have made their home here since that time.

Surviving in addition to his widow are two sons, John Cornelison and George Cornelison, both of Creston; two daughters, Mrs. Irene Rice of Nevinville and Helen Cornelison of Arlington, Va.; a brother Guy W. Cornelison of Maryville, Mo. and a sister, Mrs. Etta Denhart of Diagonal.
