You are correct about their burial in Fairview. Fairview is in the SW corner of Bedford. On entering the main gate on the North end, the road splits. Take the drive toward the right or west. Alpheus and Rebecca are buried in Row 7 on the west side of the drive, about midway down the road. Also buried near them is son Virgil who died at age 8 in 1899.

If Victor was born in 1894 as reported on the 1900 census, he should have been listed on the 1895 census.

At the Taylor County Courthouse, Birth, Death and marriage records are in the County Recorder's office along with land records. Wills and probate records are in the County Clerk's office which due to budget cuts is only open a couple days a week. So you'll want to check ahead if you need in there.
