OBITUARY

TRAER - FRANCES WOOD, 78 of Traer, died Saturday, Aug. 11, at Sunrise Hill Care Center, Traer, after a lenghthy illness, survivors include a son, LeRoy of Traer, a daughter, Shirley DeLucia of Durham, NC; a sister, Vernetta Stokes of Traer; and four grandchildren; she was preceded in death by her husband, Merrill, on July 5, 1990; a sister, Irene Speirs; and a brother, James Speirs.

Services will be 10:30 am, Monday at the United Methodist Church, Traer; burial at Buckingham Cemetery.

Friends may call after 10 am today at the Overton Funeral Home, Traer, IA.

Mrs. Wood and her husband were Waterloo Courier route people for many years.
