OBITUARY
MILDRED HACK
Private family graveside services for Mildred J. Hack, 84, of Traer, were held Saturday, July 20, 1996, at Crystal Cemetery, rural Toledo. She died Wednesday, July 17. 1996 at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo following a short illness.
Mildred J. Hack was born May, 29, 1912 in Crystal Township, rural Tama County, the daughter of Benjamin and Flossie (Poland) Martin. She received her education at Gladbrook and then married Harold Hack in Waverly, Iowa. The couple made their home in various communities in Iowa and also lived in Missouri for a short time before moving to Traer to make it their home. They later divorced and Mildred remained in Traer and was employed at the Black Hawk County Home in Waterloo. She later was a livestock buyer in Tama and Benton Counties.
Preceding her in death were her parents; and one sister, Genevieve. She is survived by one brother, Leonard Martin of Traer as well as several nieces and nephews.
