OBITUARY

Glenn E. DRAPER was born at Buckingham, Iowa, on January 24, 1901, son of Lewis and Sadie (KELLER) DRAPER. Glenn received his education in country school ang Traer High School and continued his education at Brown Business College at Davenport, Iowa. On December 25, 1931, at Crofton, Neb., Glenn married Alyce BEHRENS at the home of her parents. Glenn and Alyce then farmed northwest of Voorhies until 1970, when they built their home in Traer where they have lived since that time. In recent years Glenn’s health had failed and he died at his home on Friday, June 24, 1983, at the age of 82 years. Glenn is survived by his wife, Alyce of Traer; one son, James of Dubuque; one brother, Norman DRAPER of Buckingham, and one sister, Mrs. Hazel JOENS of Traer, as well as two grandchildren.
