TOLEDO, IA -- The preliminary inheritance tax report on the estate of John Albright, Dysart, shows the estate worth an estimated $108,117, with debts listed at $5,000. The will, filed with Lee Kaloupek, Tama county district court clerk, shows the entire estate is to be divided among 28 nieces and nephews of Albright, who was unmarried. Chief assets are three farms, totaling nearly 310 acres in Tama and Benton counties valued at a total of $91,050. The remainder of assets totaling more than $17,000 are in cash and securities. Iowa nieces and nephews listed heirs are Mrs. Elsie Messer, Mrs. Mabel Messer, Mrs. Ella Pippert, and Lucille Fawley, all living at Dysart; Mrs. Essie Herwig, Roy and Elmer Landgrebe, Alma Petersen and Viola Grimm, addresses not listed, children of Bertha Landgrebe, predeceased sister of Albright; Charles Hopfe, Everly; Ella Otto, Lake Park; Harry and Emma Hopfe, and George and Freeman Albright, all of Hartley.
