STARITS, Jake

Born July 25, 1890 in Tama County, IA.

Son of Vencil and Katrine Starits.

Enlisted July 24, 1918 at Toledo, IA; entered Camp Gordon; first entered Co. C, Repl. Reg.

In France March 8, 1918; in the battle of Argonne Forest.

Mustered out Apr 8, 1918, from Co. A, 160th Inf.
