Son of Daniel and Inez Estella Gallagher.

Enlisted May, 1916 at El Paso; entered Boat Training Station; transferred to Mare Island.

In France Sep 1918; Ph.M. No. 2 US Naval Base Hospital, 3rd B.P.D., A.E.F.
