I have posted the obituary for T. E. Rafdal on the Story County Obituary board. It shows that he married Ingeborg in 1902 and she died two years later. I was unable to locate her obituary. The following was found in the October 26, 1904 issue of The Roland Record:

We are requested from the
sister and brothers also the
children of the late deceased
Mrs. T. E. Rafdal to give
their heartfelt thanks to those
who donated to the father and
motherless girls. Margit and
and Gunda Yager. May God
reward the kind givers:

MRS. CHRIS. HALVERSON.
