Story County Poor Farm

I am looking for any info on the confirmed location of the Story County Poor Farm. My g-g grandfather died there in 1900. His name was William Harrison Reynard and he is buried at Walnut Grove Cemetary. I have seen conflicting info on where the location of this institution was. I would like to see pictures if any exist of the original structure. Thanks for any help I can get.
