John Brown family in Story Co. IA

I have just begun searching my grandfathers ancestors and - thanks to this great website (it's outstanding!)- I've gotten John and Eliza Brown back to their arrival in Story Co. about 1855 from OH. Does anyone have any information about where in Ohio they came from? My line is John Brown + Eliza ? > William Brown + Nancy Huffman > Jesse J. Brown + Emma L. Dolph. Does this ring a bell with anyone out there? Thanks!
