I recently bought an old Queen Anne Victorian house in Milford Twp, Sec 34 (now 590th Avenue). I am trying to research its history. We discovered in a crawl space in the house "Wallace Farmers", a letter and other various items that belonged to Charles H. Dawson between 1898-1901. I believe I found him and his family living in Milford twp. as early as 1895 according to census records and county directories. I did find him living in the house around 1910 according to early plat maps. However, I cannot verify that he was living in my house as early as 1895 or more importantly that he had my house built. I would love any information about my house and the Dawson family that is out there! Thank you. Anna Wilsey
