Oral history says my great grandfather Elias Alexander went to vetinary school in Ames. Maybe did not graduate but later is life is known as Doc Alexander Vet. and practiced.
I find an E.H. Alexander age 19 listed in the 1880 census of the Ag. College in Story county. Is there any records for that year in the school to check on if this is my Elias Alexander?
