Steve Warren, 52, of Ames, IA, died of Scleroderma Monday, June 15, 1998, at Mary Greeley Medical Center. Funeral services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Stevens Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. Orville Sanderson officiating. Burial will be in Ames Municipal Cemetery.

Steve Warren was born in Ames, IA, to Earl and Helen (Hanson) Warren. He lived his entire life in the Ames area. Mr. Warren worked as an automotive parts salesman until his retirement in 1986, and also served in the U.S. Army Reserve. He was a member of Bethesda Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his mother; two sons, Scott Warren of Spooner, WI, and Brian Warren of Story City, IA,; one daughter, Amanda Warren of Story City, IA; one brother, Ron Warren of Ft. Collins, CO; and one grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Visitation is from 508 tonight at Stevens Memorial Chapel.
