Raymond Sills, 88, of Santa Clarita, CA, died Friday, Oct 1, 1999, of heart failure at his home. Funeral services were Wednesday in Santa Clarita, CA.

Raymond Sills was born May 22, 1911, on a farm near Ames, IA. He was the son of Clarence and Ethel (Warren) Sills. He had lived in CA since 1941.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, DeWayne of OR, and Donald of UT; one daughter, Sindy Celmer of CA; two brothers, Bernie of Ames, IA, and Paul of CA; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife; one daughter and one brother.
