Jeffery Stephen Heady, 25, of Portland, OR, died Tuesday of leukemia-lymphoma while undergoing a bone marrow transplant at the Fred Hutchison Cancer Center in Seattle, WA.

Survivors include his parents, Steve and Patsy (Carr) Heady of Portland, OR; and his grandmothers, Marion Heady and Dorothy Overgaard, both of Ames, IA.

Memorials may be directed in his name to the Fred Hutchison Cancer Research Donor Program in Seattle, WA.
