NEVADA JOURNAL, Nevada, Story County, Iowa, Thursday, October 14, 2005.

Vickie Akers, 48, of Nevada, died at her home. Tuesday, Oct. 11. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Bacon Funeral Home in Nevada. Burial will be in the Nevada Cemetery. The family will greet friends and relatives one hour prior to the funeral at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Vickie Akers Memorial fund. The Bacon Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
