Mr. and Mrs. Howard McConahy are mourning the death of their six month' old boy, Glyn Geral, who passed away at their home at Galion, Ohio on October 29th. After funeral services at that place the remains were placed in a receiving vault at Galion, where the body remained till last week, when it was shipped her for burial, accompanied by the bereft parents. They arrived on Friday evening and the funeral took place on Saturday afternoon from the home of Mrs. W. S. Van Gundy, Mrs. McConahy's mother. Rev. Duea preached the funeral sermon, speaking from the text, "Suffer the little children to come unto Me, and forbid them not, for such is the Kingdom of Heaven." A choir rendered several appropriate selections. Burial was made in the family lot at the Slater cemetery. Master Geral was a lovely, bright-eyed child, a cherub of sweetness that endeared him to many during the family's stay in Slater a short time ago. The mother will be remembered as Miss Goldie Van Gundy, a former Slater girl. The baby was the only child in the family and the little one's death came as a hard blow to the fond parents.
