Lottie F. Snyder Funeral Services Held In Zearing
Funeral services for Lottie Frances Snyder of Zearing were held September 2- in the Brouhard Funeral Home in Zearing with burial in the Zearing cemetery.
Casket bearers were Lewis Fr------, Marion Phillips, Raymond Drew, Charles Whitaker, Maurice Britten and Clyde Bailey.
Mrs. Walter Lund was at the organ, Mrs. Marvin Golly and Mrs. John Golly cared for the flowers.
Lottie Frances Snyder [should be Snider] died Sept. 26, 1962 at the Story County Hospital in Nevada, at the age of 87 years, 7 months and 25 days. She had been a patient there for several seeks following a severe heart attack.
She was born Feb. 1, 1875 in Hardin County, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martha Haggin*. She lived most of her life in Hardin and Story counties. On April 16, 1895 she was married to William S. Snyder [should be Snider.]
To them was born a son, James, who died in infancy, and a daughter Goldie Snyder Bissell, who died June 25, 1931. Her husband William preceded her in death on July 2-, 1951.
She is survived by a foster daughter, Helen Grandy of Joseph, Oregon; six grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren; also cousins, nieces and nephews.
