Sue M. Ayule Funeral Rites Held At Collins

Sue M. Ayule was born Jan. 1, 1938 at Collins, Iowa, and died May 5, 1962 at Sacramento, Calif., following a car-train accident.

She was a graduate of the North High School in Des Moines in 1956. June 18, 1958 she was first married in Tijuana, Mexico, and again married June 18, 1960 in St. Mary's Catholic Church in Sacramento, Calif. She was baptized and a member of the Catholic Church, and was employed by Proctor and Gamble.

She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Battles. She is survived by her husband, Steven Ayule of Sacramento, Calif.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Cattnach of Sacramento; a brother, Arthur Battles of Stockton, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Joan Beach of Sacramento; a half sister, Miss Jeannie Cattnach; and her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred N. Renfeldt of Collins, in whose home she lived for several years. Also surviving is her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Mae Battles of Ames.

Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. A. A. McAvoy at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Colo, May 11 and burial was at the Collins Evergreen cemetery.
