DIED FOLLOWING OPERATION

Mrs. Harold Rittgers of Maxwell Called By Death.

Maxwell, Dec. 29.--Mrs. Harold Rittgers, formerly Miss Blanche Osborn, the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Orlando Osborn, was taken to the Lutheran hospital in Des Moines Friday of last week and at 10:30 never recovered, passing away early Tuesday morning a cesarean operation was performed, from which she never recovered, passing away Wednesday morning, leaving a bright baby boy. Mrs. Rittgers was born and grew to womanhood in this community. Besides the husband and infant son, she leaves to mourn her departure, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Orlando Osborn, one brother, John and grandmother, Mrs. Sarah Osborn.
