OBITUARY

HENRY B. ALBERRY [sic]

Henry B. Alberry [sic], one of the old residents of this city, died early this morning at the home here of his son Henry in consequence of the general infirmities of age. His funeral will be conducted from the house Saturday at ten o'clock.

Mr. Alberry was a native of Ohio, having been born near Columbus of that state May 13, 1832, and he died at Nevada, Iowa, May 5, 1916, lacking but eight days of being 84 years of age. He was of middle age when he came in 1880, from Ohio to Nevada where he married Minerva Barnes and has since resided. Mrs. Alberry died some six years ago, and the children he leaves are his sons Orville and Henry, both of this city. Mr. Albery was an industrious and worthy citizen and bore in a modest way his part in the community.
